Paulie's spicy tea
Paulie gave me a quest to make some spicy tea, I know where to get the chili pepper but where do I get the tea?
I tried to put herbal tea in the cooking set but it doesn't allow me too.

I got tea from Sophie's ranch (currently in Winter, idk if that matters)

Buy a tea bag in Sophie's Ranch then add with a chili pepper in the cooking pot.
