I haven't received any yet. We've only been married a week though. I'll let you know once I get it.
That's awesome lol. And as for noticing weird things, I married Alice and she doesn't stand at her shop anymore. You can still buy flowers from it, but she roams around aimlessly doing nothing in the front road of the workshop.
This is my third playthrough, on my first playthrough I married Albert and he'd rush out first thing in the morning and not really talk to me, only talk about how fair Ginger was over and over. I think someone else on the forums pointed out that Arlo and Nora meet at the broken well around midnight or something. Love these quirks :)
