Ended up going with Phyllis, gifting her bandages from bandirats, then simple ointments once I got the cotton farm going. I like to imagine my character was immediately enchanted by her figure, then her ambition and competence.
Edit: And I must say it felt good to complete Phyllis's quest line while married to her. I really don't mind spending 50k on my wife like that (I could've upgraded my house...)! Hopefully one day the devs will actually move her over to her own clinic and have her based around there instead of staying the local clinic once the questline is complete and South Block gets a little more attention.

ahem... In my defence, it's hard to decide when they aren't all fully voice acted yet ;)
I'm too lazy for that.
I might eventually go for a 100% game, but it won't be until it's finished and out of early access.
ahem... Note: It's soul *mate*. As in singular...
But if they aren't complaining. ?B)
Don't think I'll ever see that in my world, thanks for the pics.
Cheers..!
Like feeding the gamer girl Gems. She loved eating those!
I am/was aiming at Sam but with the Helper Chest...might go back towards Emily and just leave Sam as my Resilence Buffer. Phyllis is another good choice but eh.
From what im understanding it seems like the spouse doesnt move in...why? If you married Arlo who seems to be the Civil Corp's local branch Head, I can understand if he stayed at his place at the Civil Corp office a few nights, but wtf? Even work addicted Detectives in TV shows go home sometimes! And Emily! She lives across the road! Though I guess Granny Sophie is getting on in years...she should just teach us the Pumpkin Pie recipe and then quietly pass on.
I'm kind of doing what ggg is doing, but there are only 10 villagers with Lover's bonuses. I will stay BFF with everyone else. It does pay to get the lovers bonuses. I haven't committed to that though -- so far I just have Phyllis soulmated. It's still possible to marry without breaking anyone's heart. In case you don't know, if you do soul mate with everyone and then marry one of them, the others will drop to 3 hearts (Friend). You will have to work them back up from there if they have Good or Best Friend bonuses.
I will probably not marry because I really like all of the melee bonuses from the Civil Corps and Phyllis. If I were to marry, it would probably be Phyllis or Sam (Resilience).
I think Sonia is cute with the feather in her hair, but I can't stand her accent. Also no bonuses.
And in Portia, I'm romancing Emily, because she's cute and well, I meet her every day.
I don't really care at all about the bonuses.
I like them both.
For now, I'm married to Emily just for cheaper fertilizer.
Arlo seemed nice too, but he meets up late at night with Nora. I like her too, but same issue. I like a lot of the bachelorettes, there's more selection there than the bachelors. Particularly I like Nora, Petra, and Ginger (based on looks, don't know much of her personality). Mei seems nice too, but I'm rarely ever able to catch her running around.
I hope they add more for Aadit soon
Made my day
