Colorful Swimsuit.

I bought a Colorful Swimsuit from the clothing store at Total Tools, but you can't do anything with it? What is it's purpose? I figured if it were a quest item, you'd have to craft it yourself, not buy it from the store. Does this mean swimming may be an option in a future update?

I think it is a gift for someone (not sure who as I don't do social stuff unless it's easy (In other words, No I will not spend time trying to catch an Emporer Fish for a Special Food Delivery).
