Looks bugged - they're available on the lvl 1 workshop table under Gifts, but dissapear when upgraded. According to the wikia at least http://mytimeatportia.wikia.com/wiki/Colorful_Hat

okay its even worse, the cowboy hat is only on that amber island cave which I cant enter anymore. I skipped the jumping part (only part I've ever skipped -.-) and now its gone omg

I got soooo mad when I realised I couldn't go back in the Amber Cave! I ran out of inventory space and figured I could go back in after the boss fight but noooo!

I've got this as a random drop. Sadly it is not A HAT it is a triket :/ Also as far as i rememebr it is in lvl 3 workshop :P (or not ;P )

here you have hat drops that are hats just in descriptions. Left one is from p-something birds :P

i have lvl 1 workshop table , but it's not there .i can`t make them, bug mabe.

That really hurts. Is the cowboy hat even a hat? And is there any way to get those after the story in the amber cave is done? I dont like this cappy but +100 HP is needed in the ruin :/
