Color-blind correction glasses

Who is the colorblind villager again, can't remember the name.

It's Sanwei (or Sanwa?), one of the fat copy/paste villagers. He's usually fishing by the bridge you built. If you figure out how to give him the glasses let me know because there wasn't an option for me.
