How Can I Drop Blender Assembly Diagram?

From the beginning of the game I've been turning my data discs into Petra at the science lab. She gave me the instructions on how to build the blender early on. I then received a quest to create (a thing) for Sonia involving the use of a blender. She gave me an assembly diagram to create the blender, but I already knew how to create it.

I finished Sonia's quest involving the blender and now I'm still stuck with her diagram in my inventory. I have no way to abandon it or re-learn it in order to remove it.

Has anyone had this problem? If so, did you get rid of it, or should I just make a spare wooden storage crate labeled Garbage to keep it in? If you did remove it, how did you do it?

You right clicked on it to learn it and it didn't go away? Have you tried abandoning it? You can get a garbage can from museum donation rewards, not sure if there is any place else to get it.

Maybe you can sell it? Not sure if the stores might buy it.

Right on! I didn't know there was a garbage can in my future. That's awesome to know! I tried right clicking it and it says I already know the plan. Still, the plan didn't disappear. I did try to abandon the plan like I do some misc. junk like a clump of soil when I need to pick up a small engine, but still, it won't allow me to drop the item.

I'm going to hit up all the shops I have here now and hopefully someone will buy it. It's a tool! C'mon Mars people need to learn! Help them by buying my plan.

Yes, you can sell your soil too. Be sure to keep some for your use. Just in case you didn't know, at A&E you can exchange 999stone to 999wood. I did this often, even to the end.

Thanks for the head's up about A&G. I've been doing that for a while now too. It's so easy to go into a mine and come out with an abundance of stone.

After playing around more last nite it was indeed A&G where I was able to sell my unneeded blender plan.
