Penny's Location?
I am on year three and I never have met Penny at all. Does anyone know where she is at and her schedule? Or is there anything that needs to be done to trigger meeting her? A friend of mine met her on second years.

The information I get is that she is often found in front of Yeye's motel by the South Block. But that's just it, I keep checking there like everyday and to no avail, never really met her.

She'll just appear one day. I dunno what triggers but it just happened to me.

She appeared Year 2 Month 3 Day 8 for me. By then I had however Mali take the Sky Pirates away and got the power-source for AI.

If you done all the story missions I assume then it may trigger after certain friendship levels with NPC's, around half my town are Friend+ with me at that point

Penny is end game content. Once you beat the story mission, she will appear one day

The thing is, my friend who is at her second year haven't done really far up my progress yet. That's what I wonder, she just done with the building of the bridge to South Block. While I am on my quest where the sky pirates gang are already on my town investigating ruins, and still couldn't find Penny at all. I wonder what I did wrong.

About friendship levels, the only ones that didn't reached "Buddy" on my list are the Hulu brothers. The rest are BFF. So I'm still thinking about this.

Penny showed in my game on my 3rd year, pretty much as I was finishing on building the very last item of the game.

It was nice to have her quest and presence while waiting for crystal trees to grow. Her mission was very pleasant!

By sounds of it she appears after you help AI out, I am super sure she appeared while Pa was in town/before his mission
