No pumpkin pie recipe?

It's a little frustrating have absolutely no way of getting pumpkin pies when Emily is asking for them and the only time I can buy them is in the Spring, which is past. Is that intended?

Weird I know; You'll need to stock up on pies each Spring. Don't give Emily her pumpkin pie "desire," unless she ask. Also, at the Monday night town meetings with the mayor, he will, at times, give out pumpkin pie. Make her fruit salads, they're just as many points +10 or the pumpkin steamed rice +6.

Thanks for the answer buddy. Yea, that's what I figured. It's annoying because I spent a lot of time getting the cooking set/blender all set up JUST to make pumpkin pies lol.

I save my gols just to stock up on pumpkin pies. I totally remember complaining about this too when I first started playing.

Pumpkin pies are a hot commodity in Portia! A couple of people desire and wish for it!

My theory is that it's because it's Sophie making the Pumpkin Pie that makes them special. If we could bake them then they wouldn't be Sophie's. Perhaps someday we'll get a Pumpkin pie recipe which gives less points called Plain Pumpkin Pie. The description could say "It's not Sophie's but it still tastes pretty good!" or something.
