Changing npc/spouse outfits

Just a thought I had about five minutes ago.
I was thinking how awesome it would be if buddy/friends as well as spouses can have their hair/color and outfits changed when you gift it to them.

As well as being able to change the cloth colors as well.

Do you think they'd ever implement a feature like that in the game?
What are your thoughts? It'll be cool to have Oaks bear cape change color as well.

This might severly increase the save size and so also increase loading time.... because in that case all NPCs clothing and colors will need to be tracked in the save. Remember how awfully long loading time became after a few hours of playtime in sims 3 ? something like that :o
