Move Workshop's Gates?
It is possible? :C
Just because i don't have too much free space, i put my house right in the corner, but gate is on old position, so... It looks really awful and it may be nice to give oportunity to move workshop's gates! :3

You need to upgrade your land space . Where you placed that large Assembly station with steps, behind the fence is a small sign post, go to ,it and activate to upgrade and buy more land for GOLS. You can also rotate objects at A & G Construction, like the house so it facing towards the gate.

Also you will see other small signposts after that one near the outside of the fence to your land. If you upgrade fully you will own all land around to the Llamas at sides.

I suspect that if they made the gates movable, it would break several things. There are quite a few 'events' (chicken run, dr. xu asking how you're feeling, Agent T & H...) where someone shows up in front of your gate. At the start of the game with initial house placement, this is right out in front of you. Later, if you've moved your house, they're still out in front of the gate at a reasonable position. If the gate were moved, it's entirely possible that it would mess up the location for the person, or the cutscene(s). I know that having civil furnaces all over your gate area makes the Chicken Run cutscene look weird, but at least it's happening in the right place :D:

I was wondering if it would be possible to move the gates with a mod, but I think it would result in people walking up to where the gate used to be and hanging out there, rather than wherever the new gate location is.

Might be easier to create a mod that adds new gates, so you can walk out your "main" gate or any of the alternate ones... I know it's weird for me to go into my house right now, since I have a L2 house slammed up into the front corner of my yard. The gate opens up right into the wall, and the door itself is jammed up against some fencing. Looks pretty terrible, but it amuses me :steamhappy:

It's really sad, that in "A&G Construction" i can barely move/rotate only workbench, construction site and house. Other items (like chests, furnaces and etc.) i must move with my bare hands.

That is a good point. It would be nice if you could move everything from that GUI...
Now that might be a good idea for a mod.
TBH I haven't looked at what mods area available but that sounds useful.
