No. The gate can't be moved. Apparently it is becaused many missions start there.

No you move the house instead, at A&G Construction.

Ok but as you see on the screenshot, there is no more place on the left and the entrance is already way too much right

The best thing you can do is expand the land area then you'll have room to move the house. I made this same er, discovery on my 1st play thru

Yes as savagehart suggested Expand the fence area first by going to the small wooden signpost and paying GOLS. Then move house around.
