It's really neat that you are so brilliant compared to the unwashed masses, but
perhaps not everyone is endowed either with your towering mega-IQ or your experience
with "enemies across games", especially since no such mechanic occurred in the
first two free flash entries in the series.
Also, maybe it was necessary to detail the procedure for defeating this boss in a thread, but this spoiler and others like it prevented me from solving for this unknown mechanic on my own, and thus I defeated the first boss in a way I didn't want to;
I was prepared to continue to attempt to defeat it conventionally,
what you call a "mindless battle".
So, just wondering - How many times did it take for you to beat the zombie? Calling others MORONS isn't exactly the way to help a fellow gamer. Truth be told, you probably went searching for a CHEAT to beat the game and stumbled across that solution. IGNORANT and ARROGANT..
Sorry, first try. My very first death was on Infator, where I died 3 times in a row. Next, the yellow robots killed me 4 other times and I failed a jump lamentably another time, killing me in the process. At the same time, I finished with all the secrets but one the game in less than 4 hours. That was with the original balance, before the first update, when it was easy to beat the game, not like the current state where a toddler could do it.
Too bad, most people are not as bad as you, so you can't feel a sense of superiority. That's a real shame. At the same time, I did not call out people having a hard time with this boss morons, I only call you and those that complains with that word. Not everyone is good at games, but those that strived to improve are good people. Those that only know to complain and critic the best boss design of this game deserve what I say.
At the same time, I didn't knew that a cheat existed. But you do, apparently ... Makes people thinks, don't you agree?
This doesn't even make sense. I dropped the Infator first time through; it was far less problematic than the first boss.
How could it have killed you THREE times? Something is not legit here.
Maybe because I count checkpoints as death, not only game over? And at the same time, seriously, Infator first try? Can't complete Feral Zombie but can first time Infator, that's even more weird. Considering that's a boss that can OS you with 3 different missiles that are randomly thrown and their hitboxes are ... working in mysterious ways.
I mean good for you for not having a hard time on that boss, but 90% of the complaints about difficulty were only about Infator and yellow miner robots, particularly the missiles. It didn't matter whether you had 500HP or 300HP, a missiles exploded not even close to you and you could still die. Only recently do you have people whinning about the Feral Zombie, meaning that the Infator is not what he used to be.
So yes, dying THREE times, using uppercase because I need to be heard, on that boss is totally legit. It was the only real threat in the entire game, first version after launch, now, apparently, if even you can do it easily, it must have really changed. Just removing the OS and add the possibility of healing back would have made it a breeze, except if you get it by 2 missiles.
I beat the infator without a single checkpoint respawn, first time through, just to clarify.
Like most of the bosses, there are glitches and exploits that may be discovered.
In fact, the feral zombie has one, but it isn't nearly as helpful and can crash the controls.
"...even you..."
Oh, is that how it is? X'-D
Either way, the feral zombie is obviously equally if not more problematic than the infator, and maybe different players have different strengths and weaknesses, even by your "master" standards.
I also technically beat the giant scavenger robot because he fell down the elevator shaft and didn't react. So there's that. The golden mining robots were a lot of fun and about half as difficult as they were in the free flash games, despite their massively overpowered missiles in this game.
LIAR! - prove it! All we have is your BRAGGART and PUT DOWN of other people.
PEOPLE LIKE YOU GIVE CHEATING a BAD name !
4000 plus Zombie, 'first time' ? You are a LIAR !
I am a braggart? Yes, completely. Especially on this game. You want what proof, what could convince you? Even if I finished the game in less than 4H without dying once, you would still say that I cheated, so baseless allegations are what they are.
As for give cheating a bad name what does this even mean? Isn't cheating inherently a bad thing? When does cheating has a good name attached? Seriously, I am asking you because for me, there are two types of cheating.
One : those used by speedruns, meaning bugs, abuses, forcing patterns from mobs in specifics way. Like for example, people found out numerous spots in Infator or Stone Golem allowing you to just kill them without even having to move at all. I didn't, that's why I died a few times on the Infator, but that's on me. This part is what makes a lot of games great and memorable, I mean Zelda OOT is more played than most games, because of speedrun and finding even more glitches.
Two : Third member party program or mods. Mods with just skins are fine, but people ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ used a cheat mode to reduce the speed in Sekiro. Rendering the game a breeze and they were even proud of it. Other could probably manipulate many variables in Zombotron to improve strength gain, HP gain, reduce health of enemies and making a god mod. Those truly give a bad name to cheating. Unfortunately, I am not capable of pulling that off right now (more that I am not willing to waste time doing something that would only ruin my experience, a game is supposed to be bringing happiness not boredom).
As for 4k HP Feral Zombie, the moment i entered the room I immediately shot at it and realize it was useless. And when he dropped his weird broken arms on the ground, I understood that shooting the Boss was just a waste. So i only killed the arms and made sure that the red orbs killed 95% HP of the Feral Zombie. Many have did the exact same thing. i bet 95% figure that out eventually and at least 25% first try. Or I am vastly overestimate everyone else, which can't be true.
