What happened with the ending ? Confused ???

First off, I like this game, had a absolute blast playing it. I would defo purchase a squeal if they made one.

But I was just playing and loving the game, and boom out of nowhere it just says "THE END" and the credits roll. Did they run out of budget or something ?? What gives ???

Also I don't understand the ending, who wrecked the ship, why was that little green robot dude there at the end, and is blaze just stranded on the this planet now ?

This ending just made me ...angry?

Love the game, played ist with pleasure and like the way the Devs made it. (did recommend it)
But realy: The Ending is bad!

At last a top to botton scrolling screen with Blaze AND a ...to be continued would be nice. (old amiga style would be sufficent)

Right now how it is, it just made me some kind of frustrated.

Seriously, just play the old flash games. All their endings are ... lacking to say the least. Between the Scientist of Zombotron 1 and after that the Time Machine, they seemed to be able to have a decent story. Maybe with a few things not really useless nor developped. But the end ...
I just hope that the future updates won't be like Zombotron 2 beginning, where they basically decided to start a "new" adventure.

In the part 1 of Zombotron it was NOT a scientist,bruh. It was one of those 'soldiers' which appeared in Zombotron 2 and Time Machine series.

I am talking about the Final Boss and therefore the "Scientist" Boss Fight with the Mega Robot (or the Giant Wolf, I have a doubt now) afterward. It's like, you play the game only to kill the only one you talked to and ... that was it. You take a tunnel, the end.

But since it was their first game, that's fine. However, don't tell me the story and lore in Zombotron 1 wasn't lacking, to say the least. Only with the 2 and Time Machine did they really began to built something.

I reckon they might've run out of time and money, but they also wanted a big enough cliff-hanger to justify a sequel. The suspicious presence of the little green robot was their equivalent of a "To Be Continued" sign.

From what I understood, the ship was wrecked by the little green robot we rescued from the mines (he's holding the water pipe, probably used it to wreck the ship) under orders from Fina-woman. I bet we'll have to deal with her (and maybe the characters from Zombotron 2 and Time Machine) before we're allowed to leave the planet, maybe with her and/or them. I really do hope the next game comes out soon, cuz this is all conjecture.

It was obviously the little green robot that wrecked the ship, that sneaky little bastard got away. A cliffhanger for a potential sequel i guess :D

Honestly, I think that it was the dudes with the guns from the last missions, the ones who stole the power cores who wrecked the ship. I just don't think that the motivation is there for the robot to have done it, after all, Blaze saved the robot and helped him. I think the robot killed the dudes who did wreck the ship (probably beat them to death with his pipe wrench). I think that is a more plausible answer as to why he is there at the end and any sequels or DLC released will show basically what Zombotron 2 Time Machine did--with Blaze meeting up with Fina.
