Crash about the"Our Benefactors"chapter

the game just crashed,once the chapter started,right before the part about lazer took out all of my guns.dose anybody know how to fix it?

Hi. Bumping this thread in case there are any other ideas to try.

Been stuck at this very same spot for months, hoping some game update fixes it. Essentially exactly after the "unauthorized weapons detected point", the game crashes.

- Tried +restart in console. Kicked out of the game, didn't help.
- have tried driver updates etc. No good

Anything else? Can I somehow load into a later point in the game? Thanks

EDIT: seems I was missing the right keywords to troubleshoot :)

FIX -> "map d3_citadel_03" in console
