Some people asked or may ask, so here's the installation guide for Fake Factory Remaster
O. If you use Mod Organizer, create an empty mod above all other mods. Right click on the mod > Open in explorer. Go to step 1.1
Open FFR's archive. Copy the "custom" folder into Half-Life 2 VR\hlvr. Now open that folder and then hl2ffr_main. Delete "resource" folder.
1.1 In case of Mod Organizer, copy all folders from "hl2ffr_main" and "hl2ffr_maps" to your mod's folder. Delete "resource" folder.
Open "cfg" folder. Copy "autoexec.cfg" into Half-Life 2 VR\hlvr\cfg (if you have your own config there then just copy everything from FFR's autoexec to yours). Open that autoexec.cfg and add the "ai_norebuildgraph 1" command (without quotation marks). Then seek for "r_bloomtintexponent" at the bottom and change the value to 20. If you won't like the amount of bloom in game you can reduce it more by setting a higher number like 35 or 50. Save and close the file. Delete "cfg" folder from hl2ffr_main or mod's folder in MO.
Go to Half-Life 2 VR\hlvr folder. Rename "maps" to whatever (e.g. maps_old). Then go to Half-Life 2 VR\hl2 folder and do the same.

Copy "hlvr" and "hl2" folders into Half-Life 2 VR folder, but before that I recommend to backup the files that will be replaced (hlvr.vpk, hl2_pak_000.vpk, hl2_pak_dir.vpk) by renaming them, just like we did in step 3.
Delete all "sound.cache" files from all Half-Life 2 VR folders and subfolders (by using search). If you use Mod Organizer then also do the same with your "mods" folder (the one where all mods are stored). This is needed to fix possible sound glitches that appear in form of distorted sounds or highly pitched noises. Also these "sound.cache" files are getting created every time you launch the game, so if you still encounter sound glitches, then delete them again.
To make sure that everything works, you can do the following:
Load A Red Letter Day chapter, walk to the point where Kleiner seeks for Lamar and if Alyx enters the room and the sequence continues then it's ok, do next. Load a Route Canal or Black Mesa East chapter, make a quicksave and load. If there's no AI Disabled notification then everything should be good.
Also if you have some mods that modify world textures like zDak, 4X AI Upscale, HD Enhancement project, etc., then you might rarely encounter some wrong scaled textures in the game.

Hope that helps. you can come to hl-modding via hl-join in the flat2vr discord (the website is the discord link - https://www.flat2vr.com/ ) if you need realtime help with
