Zipline Part on Caravan Island

I am on Caravan Island right now and I can't find third part of zipline. I found one in the well, second one on the small island (this one where a rocket fall) and i was looking for the third part. I read on the internet that I will find it under the water but it is not there. Where can I find it? Sorry if I wrote something wrong but I am not good at grammar...

Did you follow the oxygen pipe all the way down to the container at the bottom?

Yes I did, it should be at the blue container but it is not there and now I don't know what should I do

Are you sure you don't have the 3rd part? Have you tried the crafting table inside the room atop the central tower?

If you really don't have it and it really isn't at the bottom inside the blue container, you may have to leave the island, travel far away enough so it despawns and game spawns a new version, then try your luck on the new version. You may also try to verify the integrity of game files. That sometimes fixes weird bugs for some reason apparently.
