List of food and its affect on hunger/thirst?

I'd like to know more specifically how much hunger (and thirst) certain foods fill. Is there a list available somewhere?

I'm not aware of any numerical list but this guide shows how much food/water bars foods are estimated fill/decrease in the cooking ingredients and cooking recipes sections:

Thanks! That guide makes it seem like advanced recipes aren't worth it. A cooked catfish is more filling than a catfish stew.

Keep in mind though, soups increase your hunger bar as well as feed you. Cooked catfish will not.

Keep in mind that each cooking will give you 2 portions from each set of ingredients (except vegetable soup that gives 1 and shark dinner that gives 3) and on top of that cooked foods can fill up the yellow part of the hunger bar giving you additional time before your next meal
Cooked foods are definitely worth.

The recipe's are way way worth it. I absolutely use them all the time, I never eat regular cooked fish anymore.

There is one recipe that will never be listed on a paper. You can make it by trying to figure out the recipes that are bugged by the loot spawn. ;)
