Finding battery charger

Where to find every part of battery charger in caravan town?

Im wondering the same thing, all I've found so far is 2 in the 2 major towns

The last one you're missing is underwater. Find the bike with the hose attached and follow it all the way down. It gets deep so make sure to have fins and/or extra air too.

Ah I might be mixing them up. Where were the parts you already found?

I cant be exactly sure, but I think I got one by the dock area, and one by the little town next to the mayors house

I really wish I took screenshots.. I don't remember which are zipline and which are battery parts but I got one from doing the well puzzle in the area with the dock, one from putting explosive powder into the rocket and retrieving it from where it lands, one from the underwater thing. Any other parts were just around in different caravans and on roofs if I'm remembering correctly.

There is one surrounded by 3 small trailers on the top of one of the mountains, that might be the one missing.

I just recently did the well puzzle with a friend, I believe it was a zipline piece.

Was there a piece on the small island where that toy lands after you fire off that rocket? Can't recall if that was wire or zip line part

I have the three battery recharge pieces and have researched titanium. Yet, I can't find a way to build this. Can anyone please explain?

Did you build it in the Mayor's building? Did you learn it in the research table? If you did those then it should be under Other.

No I haven't yet been to the Mayor's building yet even though I do have the 3 zipline pieces and the Infermary key. I didn't think I needed to do that to build the charger.

Thanks, I guess I should go there next.

After you make the zipline and zipline to the infirmary, you get the mayor’s chest key and when you go to the mayor’s building there will be a crafting station next to the chest.
