No electrical wires

I would just like to inform everyone to not bother with the cruise ship. It's possible to complete. There are no electrical wires anywhere for the bomb, my partner and I searched high and low for an hour and a half. It's not worth the struggle. Just move on with your raft journey

If you do not obtain the wires, you cannot build the bomb, which is necessary to get into the bridge, which contains the blueprints for engine and fuel parts. Without these, you will never reach Balboa, since you need to sail against the wind to reach it.

you can actually paddle against the wind all the way to balboa island without the engine. it took me 20 mins and 5/6 paddles to get there
