Does anyone know what it is: Pling? What do you have to do to get this achievement?

If you keep exploring the island you should eventually come across it...

I finally managed to get the achievement :)
In case someone has problems with finding that bicycle, here is a hint - search the hill near Henry's tent. When you come closer, you will hear bicycle bell...
