Receiver and antenna blueprints?

What are the receiver and antenna blueprints for as I thought you just learn how to make them from researching the materials in the research table?...

I have played in game for over 6 hours and haven't gotten the blueprints to come up in any of barrels I have collected. Could this be a bug or should I just keep plugging along and sometimes it can take this long?

I'm wondering because I started a new game and almost instantly found the blueprints in one of my first barrels but I really don't want to leave all that I've done in the first game unless I know I won't be getting these blueprints I need to move forward.

they found them in a different save so they aren't going to have them in the first one..

give it time sometimes it takes a bit. will be a little while before u can craft and use them anyways

Yea it’s a bit strange and confusing, might be an incomplete merge from the previous research system as I think you used to have to find all the blueprints

That's standard game mechanics. You need to research each raw material/part that goes into the end product in order to be able to research said end product.
