Missing machete?

So I'm on balboa, I lured away mama bear and am now in her cave and cant find the machete blueprint. IDK what to do now, am I screwed?

p.s. If anyone knows where I can find the wrench, please let me know, I'v been around this place about three times now and still cant find it

1. In her cave there is a yellow box. One free machete and its blueprint are inside.
2. All tools are in towers. They are waste of time though as the only reward you get is a note.

This item might not glow like lootables usually do. Also, I had to hold the use key down for a second or two to loot it.

Sure you are at the right cave,
there is another similar looking cave at another corner

This is a classic mistake i did also... I and other people search the wrong cave. Mommy bear 's cave is the one close to a beach (one of the 3-4 entry access), you just climb and its there (and with a crate to put blueberries in).

There is another identical cave pretty much in the center of that Balboa island, a small normal bear guards it but theres nothing in it :)
