This means the only buildings to service are the hotels. Makes hubs very easy, hotel, shops, restroom and MR station at each hub.
I know this is the wrong island, but only one i have a shot of atm. Just to show how small you can actually cram a park in.

On the map you are on i just had a similar sliver of guest area south of the arrival hill, and a very small section on the arrival hill. Then the southern most area was research.
I used the central space as an open herbivore area, then the north area for trex with a big forest in between them so rexy always turns back for grassland need, before he reaches the herbivores.
Probs noticed as well, you can flip your designs around, pen in the humans not the dinos. Anyways hope some of that helps :)
Hopefully one will do, I am uncertain if I have the space to build 2.
Can you imagine what I thought when I saw Isla Pena?
There is not enough space to build anything!
I hope that map doesn't demand a 5* rating, but it probably will, for some unclock.
Hotels count is directly linked to the dino score... In as much as the higher the dino score, the more guests... the more hotels you need. So its kind of best to only just meet the dino score, not blast past it and end up needing a tonne of hotels :)
PS one of my parks got caught in that trap... i needed another hotel for overcrowding, but i was a fair bit above the dino score. The answer was just to remove a few dinos and the overcrowding went down.
Hopefully allowing me to achieve the 5* rating with less difficulty.
I think I don't have the luxury of rebuilding Isla Pena.

Took me a long time to get this design set up and even then, it's sub-optimal.
Notate that the carnivore pen has a lot of power outages because I could not build another power station to feed the entire wall grid.
So if the dino score required is say 6000, and you have it on say 8000, then you just made yourself need another hotel for no reason :)

What areas should I adjust to get 5star rating?
Shelter: Dismal?
Oh boy, you should probably start there. Your Guests are REALLY not happy, lol. Also, might want to add another Hotel, maybe 2 more. And Shelter coverage 100% or close to 100% and use the Shelters when a Storm hits and especially when a dinosaur breaks out, herbivore or carnivore, they both can kill Guests.
"You are the weakest evolutionary link, you have been voted off the island. Goodbye."
Updated stats once I did a basic redesign:

How is there a Restaurant right there between the hotels and they still want food????
This is me right now:

So what else do I need to do to conplete the push to 5star?
I needed 3 hotels with 5075 guests, and that leaves me on 8% overcrowding. Your probably going to need 4 hotels total now. Or another hotel and loose some dinos.
Whats the overcrowding stat like? Mouse over a hotel to see it :)
I built 2 more hotels, but since space was limited, I had to move them away from the others.
As soon as I did this, 3 stats plunged to 50% because they were not near the guest services hub.
This got me down to 10% overcrowding, so I estimate I need 5 hotels to make it 0.
Unfortunately, I can't build more tourist hubs to go with the hotels, not unless I conpletely remove the carnivore pen to make the space.
This is why the game makes no sense to me, it's more about the park then the jurassic!!!
If I wanted a generic park simbuilding game, I would be playing something else.
So I assume my only realistic option is to let the dinosaur population decrease temporarily, to lower the number of incoming guests.
