Their thread has been up for so long now and not taken down
All of the admins on our page use our real accounts, anyone who wants to have an important role in the group uses their real account. It's so that if something goes wrong, people know that it's a real person they are talking to.
The likelyhood of someone being racist or a flat out ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on their real accounts is low, and if that happens then they are literally black listed from joining or participating in any group.
The Fallout 76 community on Facebook is so tight knit that if someone scams or is racist to one person, you can bet that the rest of the communities will find out and that person will be cast out.
Having a real face and account behind the member means that there is no scumbags or general racism/bigotry or just straight up harassment.
