I have an alternate choice for fastest hypercar in a term of time. Excluding live summit vehicle prized
1.Bugatti Divo
2.Citroen GT 2008
3.Lamborghini Veneno
4.Bugatti Chiron Carbon Edition (Icon 1000 required)
5.Pagani Zonda F
6.Ferrari 458 Speciale
It may different for some people. Try it yourself.
Koenigsegg is really great choice but in overall time is not good.
Lamboghini Aventador is high speed can be useful on PVP race only. Solo race are not worth it.
Honestly, since they aren't too badly balanced at this point, I'd say go with whatever you like the feel of.
My Porsche Green Flash edition is no longer anything like an OP car, but I love how she feels in races, so I usually stick with her in HC now even though I know other vehicles are superior. For me, she just handles better than any other HC in the end.
I agree.
In the New York to San Fran endurance run it is king for me. The Bugatti is fast but even with good pro tuning can't accelerate or take corners like the Lamborghini Egoista.
I can usually beat the higher speed Bugatti by about a minute or two in the 30 minute race.
That and the Egoista is likely the coolest looking car in the game, and with a black and yellow paintjob looks like a Batmobile.
Yeah it is likely my favorite in the game now.
The Bugatti can be made really responsive, but at the cost of flying off the road at the slightest bump or elevation change during a turn. The Egoista can be made even more responsive than the Bugatti without the whole "flying off the road" part. I spent hours messing with the stupid unlabeled "pro tuning" settings and now it is as smooth as butter.
Not really considering in the longer races it is about shortcuts and exploits and bugs during races. Like maxing out the bump buff to allow you to offroad in hypercars.
Almost all endgame cars with max upgrades will fall within a few MPH of eachother. This game is balanced to the point of annoyance when it comes to the cars top speeds. Like the Bugatti being able to get up to 290-292 in some races with max boost on ground while other hypercars can still hit 286-290 as well as handling better which defeats the bugattis 2-6mph bonus in anything other than a straight line race.
And, wow do Bugattis seem to have a burning desire to roll when at speeds!
Also wanted to add that some of the vehicles at the top in HC got there back when the Magma and the Green Flash both received basically no off road penalties. Back then you could big cuts through greenery without much issue, now those cars will slow down a heck of a lot more than they did back then.
Otherwise, that's some good solid advice. =)
Yeah to get it to handle better then a house on wheels you have to stiffen it up to the point it will lift off on one side or the other on any downhill corners. It has actually been one of the harder cars to pro tune because of just how utterly broken the tuning system is.
The pro-tuning settings are about the dumbest I've seen in any racing game. I mean you pretty much have to max camber most cars just to get them to take corners without understeering. Their anti-sway bar settings are reverse of what they should be in real life where you want stiffer/thicker anti-sway bars in the front where this game puts the bias on the back. Their front and rear down force slider is not separated. The "Easy/Expert" handling bar is complete B.S. as well.
Maybe because the Bugatti fans are mostly kids with 150 lvl?

So where is your Egoista?
And you never thought that some old players use famous cars, while others, like a herd of sheep, stupidly follow them? When was the last time you bother with choosing a car, and not stupidly took that from the top of the leaderboard?
Baguette Miracle Lava Edition, aha. Everything else is taste.
My taste says that Zonda F is the car with the best, clear, adequate and enjoyable handling in the game. It flies like a paper airplane, especially with the ESP disabled.
