I think that's all this patch did, really. If anything, the game is running worse for me here.
-Edit: Oh, I guess that is what people are talking about when they say "audio stutter".
[sorry for my english]
I've been using custom page file sizes (16000 mb) since starting to play this game. After 40+ hours, I've yet to see any Aska initialization error. Windows 10.
So @OP, scrap this one from the list. Its not an existing issue.
The game does recognize custom pagefile settings on windows 10.
I dont know what Aska Initialization failure is related to, but its most certainly not this.
Oh, and I disabled Steam Cloud - apparently servers are currently ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and delete your synchronized savefiles.
Shouldnt be an issue if you play the game on the computer where you have the original save files. Just dont press to 'use cloud files' if steam tells you to its not up to date when starting the game.
It's not really a problem at all, but it's definitely not intentional since it never happened on PS3.
Btw my specs:
OS - Windows 7 x64;
CPU - AMD FX-8350, 8 cores, 4 Ghz;
GPU - GTX 1060(8GB VRAM);
RAM - 20 GB.
