As many of you have requested, we will have a preload starting later today.

You can find the detailed release time below. It is the same time for everyone but translated in various time zones.

/!\ When The Surge 2 unlocks, those who have pre-loaded the game may need to wait for some time to be able to launch the game. This is because the PC needs to decrypt your game files, and it takes time. If you have any issue launching the game, please reply in this thread.

This, so much. Usually, developers just say the day without mentioning the time, or mention the date and time without mentioning the time zone, seemingly oblivious to the fact that there are roughly 200 countries in the world and several time zones.
