same here, its obnoxious to me because the way they talked about it before hand made it sound like it was just an update.

Not sure why everyone expects VR in the original game or that this VR version will be free. There was absolutely no indication at all that VR was ever going to be added. This  game was a non-VR game period. If they have to outsource game to another company to port to VR, then it must be a significant amount of work to convert this game and it's controls and interfaces to VR. So they have every right to charge something for it, ,even if it's like a DLC add on or something. If it's free that's ok too, but I doubt it and i'll be more than happy to pay for it if it's done properly. I'd much rather pay for a good VR version of this game then get a crappy VR update that hardly works (Subnautica anyone?)

I just got CS in the summer sale after holding off for so long hoping for the VR Version! I hope I don't have to pay an insane extra amount.
