how to cut perfect fries?

is there a better cutting machine somewhere that i don't know how to use to get fast-food shaped french fries, or is the game only set up for steak-cut wedges? i want to get my dishes as close to the recipe picture as possible, and 'steak and fries' has fries that look like perfect, skinny rectangular prisms. in my real kitchen i have a slicer similar to a cheese grater to get that shape.

speaking of, it would be a fun added challenge to have to grate cheese and peel vegetables before cooking with them.

Nope, the easiest way to get the fries acceptable is with one lengthwise cit and four cuts across on each potato. (Salt the potatoes first, 3g each, and the salt will automatically distribute equally.) You can't cut pieces small enough to get the good-looking fries.

Accurate cutting is an issue in this game, and there really needs to be improvements. Maybe the automatic cutter could have settings for shape/number/size.

yeah, it's kind of a useless object right now, that would be really nice.
