A Serpent-blooded sorcerer can affect animals and magical beasts as if they were humans who share a language. The pnp Occulus has a once/year ability (dunno if the crpg version does or not) or mass charm person everyone in like a 5 mile radius or something (it has been a while, so I have forgotten exact numbers)... you see where this is going? Serpent Sorc mass-charms not only all humanoids, but all animals and magical beasts as well. Instand army, so long as you don't mind your party hating you for making it rain blood in your kingdom and inviting the horsemen over for tea.
