But the ''best'' tank do more then just tanking. Like 3 TSS / 11 Bard (or 13 for TB) who Buff, sing, tank and etc.
Yes this bard tip sounds nice, but i guess valerie would be perfect for it.
another one is the unhindering shield feat that allows up to tower shields to be used with polearms but this requires further investment to build around since the shields armor penalty is added to as a to hit penalty (with the tower shield its up to -10). so its better to take this feat if you plan to make a tss build where its innate abilities nulifie the penalties from using tower shields (there is also a tower shield master feat that further nulifies the shields armor penalty by -3).
the way though polearms are implemented in the call of the wild may be difficult to use, if a mob gets to less that 6ft distance from you take an automatic step back if you try to hit it with any polearm which procks aoos among other bad things.
there is a longspear perfect for tanking that adds plus +3 to ac everytime you are under bards songs but comes late game.
For me it's to imersion breaking a tank without any armor or shield, thtas the only reason i'm looking for this kind of build.
Care to explain shortcuts? I cant figure it lol, except V for vanguard maybe?
why do you need to dip monk on this build?
