Fatigue Frequency Needs to be Toned Down
Constantly having to rest on the world map is becoming annoying. It's an okay feature I guess, but it needs to be toned down or added to the list of options that can be turned off. It really kills the flow of my game when I have to rest multiple times each time I go from one point to another fairly close point.

Maybe you should check your party encumbrance?

Encombrance is pretty low. I always sell everything I can whenever I'm able.

edit: Actually, I think I spoke too soon. Encumbrance does seem to be making a big difference. I have a full party now and only pickup trinkets and masterwork/+1 gear and I'm having to rest a lot less. Thanks for the advice.

Ok so what "Frequency" mean exactly? I mean my party need to rest every 2nd day or so. Is that frequent? I mean they are people (elf or whatever) that need to sleep now and then.

I agree. My party usually only rests like once an ingame day.

Youll change your mind once you get out of the kindergarten tutorial in Act 1

Check your encomberance Tooltip bar OP. IT should tell you how many hours your party can travel before they're fatigued.
corisai Oct 2, 2018 @ 2:59pm
At first - you shouldn't rest when one or even all your chars are fatigued. Only when exhaustion come.

Plus they can't march for more then something like 12 hours - what is suprising here?

I like to see on you, how you will march for 20-30 hours without rest :P

Hey something i was wondering, With Gear weight at light, I rested, moved for 1 hour, then entred a cave and my main got fatigued. The rest time was 8 hours btw, it was really strange.

Did you have a nightmare? I didn't realize it was literally forcing me to do that quest before letting my main character rest and he ended up exhausted and useless for about a week because I was in the middle of something else.

Clearly this would have to do with how far you're actually going in those 12 hours. But we can def pick and choose 'muh realism' and in that case this game is going to lose out almost everywhere so I don't think you wanna.

My party can go like, a day or more without rest. The person who gets tired the fastest is Octavia, so I think CON plays a part in your fatigue accural. But really, given the sort of lands the Stolen Lands are, and even if you're on horseback, I don't think a lot of people can be expected to function at peak efficiency after 18+ hours on the road.
