So what are the different alignment baronies like in the capital?(Spoilers)
I typically go Lawful Good and the barony is your typical fantasy knight/paladin esque so far. Anyone else do some of the other alignements? What did you get for yours so far?

I saw a stream on youtube where a guy had people impaled on spikes in the center of the plaza. I dont know his alignment though

Neutral-Neutral is a tree.

Chaotic Neutral (yes!) is statue of half-naked (or completely - who's know?) fey? with two satyr males.

Chaotic Good alignment gets a fair with large tents, dancers and colored flags all around.

I had a chaotic nuetral kingdom and had the option to have troll warrens in my kingdom. Had being the optimal word because High Priest Harrim never managed to succeed at a single roll and I ended up losing the kingdom thanks to him.

Neutral Evil has people punching each other, extorting each other, ripping each other off, and generally not being neighbourly to each other as I walk through the capital, even guards extorting shopkeeps for protection money. Aparently I can walk by this and it's perfectly alright.

My banner is one black flag with a green skull and another black flag with three small white skulls, I think?

The only unique building I've seen is the "Stocks" which added something like +1 Stability or +1 Loyalty or something, no adjacency bonus I don't think. Center of the capital area there seems to be a monument under construction endlessly, like a white monolith with a gold bust of some king at the top. No idea if it'll ever be finished...it's been like that for at least a year now..

Chaotic Evil doesn't have a statue in the town square like the rest of the baronies.

No, you've got men and women impaled on stakes, or tied to wooden posts and left to starve to death. One man has even been crucified on a wooden X and looks to have some kind of unholy symbol carved into his chest!

As with the LE barony, the CE also employs the use of the gallows. Except that their location is moved to being directly adjacent to the merchant stalls. Almost as if trying to send a message to anybody who thinks they can steal from you...

As for Chaotic Neutral, the statue you get in the town square is a topless nymph with two satyrs at her sides. I was very pleased with the fey imagery, because my character at the time was a Feyspeaker Druid, so it actually fit with my theme!

Didn't know Lawful/Neutral/Chaotic got unique variations, but I'm neutral good and the town center is just a wooden square pavillion with red shingles with colorful banners and pennants strung from it and all over town

I know that based on your alignment and choices more and more buildings open up. The Troll Warrens just exist for those who spared the trolls and made them vassals but iirc you need a chaotic alignment for that

Now I want to see what I would have gotten if I recruited the Kobolds, instead.

But Trolls are fine, too!

No clue on if the Kobolds or Mites give you anything special. I just know you can spare Trobold and get them as part of your settlements. I'm intrerested to see how it plays out further but alas that kingdom fell

No, I'm talking about the Kobolds from Trollbold. Depending on who survives (Tartuk, or Hargulka), you can choose to spare them in exchange for becoming your vassals. But it requires a chaotic alignment.

I convinced Hargulka that Tartuk was his enemy, thus prompting him to kill the lizard. Afterward, he attacked me and when I defeated him, he initiated dialogue, instead of falling over dead. I then had the option to recruit him. :)

Did not know that was an option. I just wanted to be done with Tartucio
