Word of advice, bring a tonn of delay poison and neutralise poison scrolls. Amount of spiders with absolutely brutal venom (1d4 to cons and dex) is disgusting - there is literally nothing else there but those spiders.
Such a waste. It's a dungeon Lamashtu themed dungeon, she's mother of monsters, so many cool things you could put there, yet we are stuck with stupid amount of boring, uninspired enemies with overtuned stats....Way to go

From the goblin fortress, move east along the river, cross the lake, continue moving east, then cross the bit of river on the far side of the lake when you have the chance(you should see your destination by this point) and move back west a bit.
Doesn't that result in you having to make all those fort saves all at once when the spell wears off?
No, it just makes you immune if you put it on -before- you get poisoned.
You can rush to the womb, save your advisor, then rush back to the capital in time (resting once was ok) then go back to the womb to do the rest once you are ready.
