2. Not sure, it's either on the 1st floor - the room near the entrance, where Nok-Nok was (the plane without companions), or near the throne room as the walkthrough says;
3. 2nd floor - the room with a Jabberwock statue (the plane without the Wriggling Man);
4. The basement - the room with pumpkins and the witch (the plane with companions).
I think, you have to kill the Wriggling Man to complete the quest. Otherwise, the wiki walkthrough seems correct.
There's clear information in each scene where to find the next mirror, except dimension. Something like: "I think it was near the entrance/We went to the second floor/The body was moved to the basement".

Should be available after you attack the Witch once.
Didn't intend to kill the witch though :/
Could you show it to me on the general map ?
(Or maybe it's because I'm missing some keys ? A few doors are still locked to me atm).

Actually, I had to attack the witch for the door to open, and then access that @%$& pantry!
Found the mirror, thanx again!
I made it like here: https://pathfinderkingmaker.gamepedia.com/Mirror_Memories
But whatever mirror I touch it is always: A mage inside the mirror hold on the glas and say something I can't hear.
Whatever mirror I touch it is the same ....
1.) I killed the Wriggling Man ... can I still make this quest?
2.) Where is the first mirror please? Is it on the first floor, under the thorne room?
3.) Is the quest still bugged?
