Report a translation problem
Some players advise creating as few buildings as possible except for unique artisans. You need 6 to be eligible for upgrade to a town.
Different alingments get unique buildings. Some players reckon the noticeboard is great and advocate one in each village if you're allowed to build them.
It's really up to you.
Still - if you have a 3x3 core, plop a longhouse in the middle, and branch out from there with tavern/shop/smithy on one side etc... Just look for adjacency bonuses. That should give you a good start.
