Have anyone actually managed to get passive to work on someone?

it doesnt seem to have req alighment ( i guess neutral evil is a thing? ) Interesting item for casters but it doesnt seem to actually work.

Also that whole event in keep is a total facepalm. I had friendly guardian of bloom and remus attacking sister and enemies

So from what i understand, to get actual extend bonus, you need to put it into eye socket, but my lawful evil shows as unable.

Have anyone with neutral evil alighment ( especially since start ) been able to equip it?

In the original campaing (PnP) it only works if you want to use it for NE actions which pleases the goals of Abbadon, so yes anyone who play NE should try it.

Maybe it simply doesnt work? I suppose you just need to be evil or at least put neutral evil as requirement in description

I don't think it showed any better on my NE magus, compared to the other party members. Hard to recheck, as I wanted a living tristian instead of a bugged/nonworking item

I play neutral evil Sword Saint, and I can't equip it too, can only put it in the items bar and use the garbage true seeing active ability, (which sucks because it requires insanely high wisdom, and most builds in the game won't have that, and on failed check it completely breaks your character, making it randomly take damage and become unresponsive)

you can cure that with greater restoration, maybe something else. But true sight is garbage i agree. Maybe remove curse? I havent tried since i wear cloak.
