The guldrin bridge? the goblin prince fled.
And still, no village on the map where it's supposed to be... I hate those incomplete mess.
Edit: on the guldrin bridge, go full northeast. There are the goblins.
Lost 2 months in game searching for that ***** village.
And then i was extremely happy to have her when i went to the village, accidentally triggered a Stinking Cloud trap and every breathing being (goblins included) failed their save :-P
It was before EE so maybe that changed, but i'm not sure why they would change it.
