Right but you're going to use your lvl 3-6 slots for something...why not for kicking out an AoE spell in the first round? I guess you could use Metamagic to bump Shocking Grasp to lvl 2-3 with Empowered and Maximized version, but that still leaves levels 4-6.
But still, the spell choices on acid isn't really great (unless Elemental sorc bloodline) so probably cold anyway, and get a couple backup spells for immune stuff.
As someone else said, Ice is one of the most resisted especially by undead, in PnP there are some semi-useful water attacks like Geyser, Vortex, and Tsunami to compensate when ice doesn't work but I'm not sure if they're in Kingmaker.
You dont want to use any other offensive spells rather than touches, that's a feature of magus, so your consideration of element should be based on that.
You either touch bot or focus on spell improvements, dont think your magus would be able to pick all neat stuff for magus and regular casters. Also since you are melee you will want alot of abjuration slots, plus it would be kinda difficult to overcome enemies reflex without spell focuses, and magus dont really have a reason to pick evocation spell focus. You also want to spend your initial rounds on true sight/true strike arcane empowers and all the boost stuff. You dont want your combo to go into nothing. So instead of evocing questionable AoE, prepare yourself for devastating touch.
Abyssal isn't terrible do to the +6 strength bonus you get by level 20 (the rest isnt great for a magus)
Elemental seems good but really it's better for a sorc
Fey again is more of sorc line
Infernal is utter crap do to no charm spells being in the game
Undead: DOES make you immune to alot of stuff in melee and shouldn't be ignored
Celestail gives you a few divine spells but other then that i guess the immunities at 20 are ok? but i think abyssal is better in general
think that covers it, honestly i'd probably stick with draconic for a magus, even the abyssal strength i don't think will beat it out in terms of numbers. Undead shouldn't be scoffed at either if you look at the level 20 buffs BUT since is no chill touch in game i'd probably have to try it before i can see if its great.
All in all i'd say draconic and undead are the two best
