Cant find the Deerking :(

anyone know where i can find the Deer King? i traveld the whole map and i cant find him, i have now only 3 days left for the first part :(

I can't get certain things to trigger, like new areas and events in those areas. On one save I can, on another, I can't. Same journal on both. Ran out of time plenty now, all trying to find the Stag Lord.

If you're still looking, finish with the Tartuccio quest. Then you can find the Stag Lord.

Talk to Oleg before leaving his trading post and ask him for information about the Stag Lord, that should make the first area you need to go to show up on the map.

Travel there to encounter some bandits who have taken Jhod captive. Either negotiate with or kill the bandits and search their camp for a note talking about orders to burn down a house. Also, talk to Jhod about finding the Temple of the Elk.

Once you've read the note, head towards the abandoned house first to get an encounter with the Nymph, and learn about the Stag Lord's past. Search the area to find a note talking about the location of the Temple of the Elk.

Head to the temple of the Elk and cleanse it of animals to dispel the fog, as well as rescue Tristian from the Treant Bear.

With the fog dispelled, return to Jhod at Oleg's Outpost and report you've found the location of the Temple of the Elk.

After doing all this, the Stag Lord's fortress should finally appear on the map, to the south, near a river junction.

Now, you just need to kill him!

On the Thorn Ford map go directly east from the wagon with the marks on it.
