If you talk about shop description, its probably about romances. Also no "nudity" tag, just "sexual content". I mean, not like the witcher with real nudity and actual graphic sex (the character models are too small for that to make sense, anyway). But if you can romance and later marry someone, and the accompanying texts can be called sexual content.

Textual sex, more likely. Described in dialogue boxes but that's it. Divinity Original Sin 2 did that, at least.

There is sexual content in this game. We have seen children, males, females in the game. Even some quest have kids missing. So definetly some kind of sexual content most likely happen in your (future to be) kingdom.
