In Chapter 3, or during the Chapter 2 « Monster Invasion » subchapter ?
Start with the Lawful option of executing her while sparing the others, then someone will beg for her to save her baby. Go along with it and the priestess will use it as leverage to keep you from killing her, go along with it. Nothing bad will happen, and you get some brownie points with Valerie.

If you spare her you get a nice buff later on, and she can become an advisor.

Best thing about sparing her is recruiting her as advisor. Since she is only other councilor advisor you can get(and funnily enough by default she has higher bonus than Tristian does)

I killed her and everyone else who was there to meet with her. I got a random encounter where 5 priests of Lamashtu came to curse me for killing her. I killed them too. I don't think I got any notable loot, but they were worth a fair bit of XP for what I was fighting at the time.

Anyway, she's a demon worshipper and the cult of Lamashtu is proscribed, so I'm surprised killing all of them wasn't a lawful good act.

Did the lawful neutral approach and let her be executed but spare her followers. As for saving the child, I don't negotiate with these sort of criminals. Off with her head :)

The kid is dead, and that's on your hands. That blood on your hands is no longer just monster and bandit blood.

He didn't kill that kid. His father did by having such weak sperm.

if you play evil or even neutral you should definetely keep her. THe boon is great and shes pretty good advisor ( and funny too )

If you spare her and exile her, then later you'll get cursed by some Lamashtu cultists, which will give you a permanent +1 untyped bonus to Persuasion checks, but a -1 to AC and saves against animals and magical beasts. This might also happen if you kill her.

If you forgive her completely you can recruit her as an advisor - she can be either a councilor or High Priest. If you intend to keep the Oculus of Abaddon she's basically required because you have to kill Tristian to do it, and the advisor you got at the beginning of Chapter 2 leaves you at the beginning of Chapter 4.
