Abominations that I would throw into a fire (and roast marshmellows)
Note to the easily triggered - I don't condone the killing of babies. I just like to hate on Octavia and Reg.
First of all, they're both half humans, which should already be somewhat compatible with each other.
Secondly, there are a lot of fantasy settings which claim that Orcs are a corrupted form of Elves. Which again would make them biologically compatible in some regard.
So what would their children look like? Probably a random assortment of Half Orc / Half Elf children. :)
Indeed, this is a game by a company called OwlCat, after all.
The fact there are no Half-Dwarf and Half-Halfling (Quaterling?) makes me think, those two are not "compatible" with Humans. That does not mean, in official PF, Aasimar cannot be of Dwarven origin. More or less Demons and Celestials bang everything that moves, so officially a Tiefling and Aasimar can be of any of the official races.
Gnomes are Fey creatures, thus are not compatible with races of the True World.
Maybe not in 1st edition, which this game seems to take place in. But according to 2nd edition, you can be a Half Elf or Half Orc lineage from other races besides human, too. All it requires is the DM's permission, and you can have a Dwarf with Orc blood, or a Halfling with Elf blood, est.
Yes, a dryad married a village girl and they had a kid who is implied to be the swamp witch.
A Fey's whole world is practically drowning in magic, and it's pretty much expected that they aren't beholden to the same limitations as those who dwell in the material plane.
And to add to discusion if fey couldn't have children with people of True World, you wouldn't have any Sorcerer with Fey bloodline. Same could be said about any bloodline since sorcerer can be of any race.
