Nomura acting edgy as always
Dunno quite what rock you've been sleeping under but a LOT of games do this. They simply translate words into different languages and may or may not modify them and then put them as names.
I didn't realize it was latin for Night, I actually like that even more now.
Good luck finding a wife that will let you, mine wouldn't let me name my kid Kal El, sadly.
Thank you, TeaEarlGreyHot. I can't believe yours wouldn't let you name your kid Kal El. Perhaps you should have gone with something more traditional, like Darjeeling or Maghrebi Mint.

... a small sword in Latin, is also a pink flower. We might as well call him Daisy.. or Petunia xD
To be fair Lightning in a nickname not her real name...isn't it? I think her name is Claire? Her parents wern't crazy lol.
I love latin names Like Noctis..
In real life you see weirder ones... like Apple (still my favorite) and the parents that named their kid Dovahkiin to win the Bethesda comp. Not sure if that will make him a legend at school or get him beat up.
Daisies are actually QUITE resiliant, THANK YOU very MUCH.
