nope, i have the same problem, i7 4770k, gtx 1080, 16gb ram, windows 7 64bit
My only concern is that Square has so far been AWFUL with patches. I'm hoping FFXV is their first fully supported PC port. They seem to be taking strides to make it a smooth launch so I'm cautiously optimistic.
I'll give this a shot. I've cancelled preorder due to issue.
However the reason for that is that the ingame 30 FPS lock is absolutely, utterly terrible. Seriously its so awful its amazing feels really jerky and loads of input lag.
What I've done is download RivaTuner Statistic Server and capped the framerate at 30 using that tool (i tried 45 and that doesnt eliminate). Now its not as responsive as the 50-60 I was managing before but it feels MUCH MUCH better than the ingame 30 fps cap and also the base PS4 version.
So if framerate doesnt matter as long as it feel smooth I recommend doing the above.
I also get no tearing due to g sync and I dont have v sync on (input lag).
Anyway game looks gorgeous and runs well so try this out until its hopefully fixed.
