When I set the lock on 30 fps, then I get 22 fps. When I set it at 60 fps, then I get 32 fps. When I set it at Unlocked, I get 74-92 fps with no slow motion.
What is your os and specs ?
I've personally windows 10
I3 7100 2cores 3.9ghz
Gtx 1050 OC 2gb vram
8gb ram
Windows 8.1 x64
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7770 2GB
AMD FX 8300 3.3Ghz
I play with everything on max settings except for Blur, which is disabled.
It should require a patch probably
I don't think you read any of my posts. Also, I don't think it has anything to do with that. It's more about how the developers messed up with the fps lock.
1. Fullscreen (not "borderless", not windowed)
2. 60 fps cap
3. Vsync
I get a constant 60 fps in game and a constant 30 fps in cutscenes
