Honestly I couldnt do anything with this guy.
The 15, 10 and 60 melee damage will fit on his arms. so thats 85+70 with his axe for a total of 195 melee damage, but against a 100T, it could work but hed be a sitting duck going in. Hatchet needs those support slots or higher movement because a Grasshopper can easily get over 210 melee damage with 2x +60damage melee mods and support weapons.
Shame we cant put his hatchet onto a Grasshopper which is a true melee mech.
This guy was made wrong if you ask me, doesnt need much to be viable but at the moment, hes not even a one trick pony, hes a dead donkey with an axe.

Some light mechs can't. Like that light mech you start the campaign with. I'm pretty sure at some point I stomped a vehicle with it and it lived. I might be remembering wrong though. Or maybe I did miss.
Just my opinion though........
I mod the game to take off the rough edges..........................
I would mod real life (RL) if somehow I could......
The Devs need to be more helpful in this aspect (not actual mechs) but ways for lay players to even more surgically adjust their gaming experience.(In singleplayer/skirmish games).
Kind Regards,
Jinx.
