Stuck: "inspect antenna at lands end"

Trying to do the part where i contact the warship--

i was following a guide but it must have missed a part or something because my instructions in game are to "inspect antenna at lands end" and i dont know how to proceed now?

i found it - it was up behind the church actually i had to walk on the ice a bit to the place you go on the date with the fishing lady and a purple bubble appears. it didn't even cross off until i went back and talked to the game-developer-researcher-lady again
