it’s not about the port—it’s about who profits. ZA/UM keeps milking Disco Elysium while the original creators got pushed out.

They took something raw and human and turned it into just another corporate asset. This isn’t just a mobile port—it’s a reminder of who got erased.

Ironic isn't it considering the themes of the game.

Shame there will be no continuation, the world building, setting and history in the game are some of the best I have seen in a game, there is so much potential for more.

Illmar Kompus ruined this IP, but I agree—the worldbuilding was incredible. I really wish things had gone in a different direction. Robert Kurvitz and his team are working on a new game called XXXNightshift with similar gameplay and technology, but it just makes me even more sad for Disco Elysium. There's a disco-sized hole in my soul that will never be filled.

Longdue games leads back to ZA/UM, they even asked for a handout on this project on kickstarter.
